外地人如何领失业金知识
按照《失业保险条例》，失业人员领取失业保险金的期限,根据失业人员失业前所在单位和其本人累计缴费时间长短的不同,划分为三个档次：
1.累计缴费时间满1年不足5年的，最长能够领取12个月的失业保险金；
2.累计缴费时间满5年不足10年的，最长能够领取18个月的失业保险金；
3.累计缴费时间10年以上的，最长能够领取24个月的失业保险金。
《条例》中关于缴费时间满1年不足5年的，领取失业保险金的最长期限为12个月的规定，不能理解为缴费时间达到上述要求的失业人员都能领取12个月的失业保险金。在具体操作中，各地可以在同一档次内，根据失业人员缴费时间的长短，相应拉开其领取失业保险金期限的差距。例如，失业人员失业前，累计缴费时间满1年不足2年的，可以领取6个月的失业保险金；累计缴费时间每增加1年，领取失业保险金的期限增加2个月；但最长不得超过12个月。至于具体档次如何划分，由各地根据实际情况确定。对享受期限18个月和24个月的规定，也可以照此划分具体档次。
